Our sauces are the expression of the Umbrian territory, of its popular and country tradition.
Natural and without added color or preservatives, are processed in the artisanal manner by skilled hands, only and exclusively with our extra-virgin olive oil.

Only the freshest vegetables are used for our sauces, chosen with care to obtain the same flavor of a genuine homemade sauce.

Excellent as a dressing for pasta, but also for rice. Fabulous on roasted bread, tasty for appetizers and starter.


Artichokes and Truffle 

This sauce is an expression of Umbrian gastronomy. Excellent for tantalizing appetizers. Ideal for dressing pasta.

Ingredients: Artichokes 50%, extra-virgin olive oil, truffles (tuber aestivum vitt) 5%, flavoring (tuber magnatum pico) 1.5%, salt 4%.

Format: 180 g. jar, 12-jar carton.


Mushroom and Truffle

Typical sauce of the Umbrian tradition. Ideal for appetizers, roasted bread and main dishes, excellent on egg pasta.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus) 54%, extra-virgin olive oil, truffles (tuber aestivum vitt) 10%, salt and flavorings.

Green Rocket Pesto

Sauce for fresh and flavorful starter, excellent on roasted bread and on pasta.

Ingredients: rocket 50%, extra-virgin olive oil, nuts, cheese, pine nuts, salt, onion.

Cream of Onion

Cream of the famous onions from Cannara, in Umbria, a sign of excellence of the Italian food crops. Excellent for roasted bread, starter and as a dressing in cuisine. Sublime matched with seasonal cheeses.

Ingredients: onions, extra-virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, spices, salt.

Chilli Pepper Cream

Obtained from the union of chilli pepper and coriander. Dedicated to those who love spicy flavors. For appetizers and starter, also excellent for spicing sauces and roasts.

Ingredients: chilli pepper 37%, onion, coriander, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, natural flavors.

Piccantina Sauce

Marriage of vegetables cultivated in Umbrian kitchen gardens. Excellent as a dressing in foods and on meat. Excellent on appetizers.

Ingredients: sweet red peppers 40%, chilli pepper 20%, carrots, turnips, cucumbers, fennel, onions, cauliflower, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Umbrian “Spaghettata”

Sauce with aubergines and olives. Ideal for spaghetti alla chitarra, excellent on “ciriole” and “fusilloni”.

Ingredients: olives 40%, extra-virgin olive oil, aubergines 20%, chilli pepper, capers, salt, spices.

Walnut Sauce

Delicate cream of walnuts and cheese. For flavoring appetizers, for spicing pasta; excellent on “spaghetti alla chitarra”.

Ingredients: walnuts 55%, cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, flavorings.

Fattore Sauce

Porcini mushroom sauce. A sublime expression of Umbrian gastronomy starring mushrooms. For antipasto and for seasoning pasta

Ingredients: mushrooms (volvariella volvacea) 25%, porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis) 10%, ( lentinus edodes) , (pleorotus ostreatus), extra-virgin olive oil, salt, spices.

Contadino Sauce

Recalls the flavors of the past, when tomatoes were dried in Umbrian cellars built with heavy stone walls. Ideal for flavoring all formats of pasta.

Ingredients: dry tomatoes 80%, extra-virgin olive oil 10%, olives 10%, basil, salt, spices.
