From their union with the purity of water of the Amerino region, comes a mix that is processed slowly and with artisanal techniques of master pasta-makers. The special bronze pressing makes our pasta a light color, beautiful to see, rough and coarse, ready to embrace the best sauces, guaranteeing excellent absorption. The slow drying, strictly at low temperature, necessary to maintain all its organoleptic characteristics, gives it the flavor of the good artisan pasta of the past but especially makes it fundamental in cooking that is attentive to taste but also to health.
