Conditions of Sale

Customers are reminded to carefully read the conditions of sale. The customer, by confirming his or her order, accepts unconditionally and obligates him- or herself to observe, in relation to DEC. MA. Food Trade snc, owner of the BelloSole brand, the following general and payment terms, and declares that s/he has read and accepts all the information provided.

These sales conditions should be reviewed online by customers visiting the website www.bellosole.it before they confirm their purchases. The sending of the order confirmation therefore implies their total awareness of such purchase conditions and their complete acceptance of them.

Before the confirmation of purchase by the customer, the unit cost of each product selected will be summarized, together with the total cost if multiple products are purchased, plus the shipping costs.

After confirming the purchase, when the transaction is completed, the customer will receive an email message containing the number, date and total cost of the online order.

1) MINIMUM QUANTITY

The type of products, the packing conditions and the shipping via courier, place some limitations; it is possible to order a package of oil containing 6 bottles, which can be mixed. The same is true for flavoured condiments. For pastas and sauces, the minimum order is a box of 12 items, which can be mixed.

2) PRICES

Prices are listed in Euros, net of VAT and shipping costs.

3) SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Merchandise is shipped at our responsibility and in case of problems with the courier or carrier, the customer is protected and will not suffer the consequences. To avoid problems, our extra virgin oil is packed in impact-resistant polystyrene “casks” and the packing of other products is prepared with the greatest care.

4) PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by cash on delivery (only within Italy), advance bank transfer, credit card and Paypal. Customers should note that if payment is not received within 10 days after the order, it will be cancelled. In case of cash on delivery, payment must be made in cash to the courier, and will include a € 5.00 commission fee.

Payment by credit card will be made by Paypal to guarantee maximum security of your data.

5) DELIVERIES

Delivery time and cost depend on destination and the weight of the goods ordered.

• Transport in Italy: by express courier. Delivery time: within 2 - 4 days, single tariff Euro 12.00 throughout the country.
• Transport in the European Union: by express courier truck. Delivery time: within 3 - 5 days. The fee varies by country of delivery.
• Transport Extra EU : please request a quote to the email info@bellosole.it

6) GUARANTEE

• DEC.MA. Food Trade snc, owner of the BelloSole brand, guarantees the quality of its products and the accuracy of the descriptions of the procedures followed, all verified and checked at the production sites.
• All of our products are Made in Italy, and come from small artisan producers.
• Ingredients and production methods are absolutely guaranteed and shown on the labels of our products.

7) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of when they confirm the online order. A customer not respecting this condition will still be held to pay for the goods and shipping costs in case the order has already been sent.
